目的:本研究主旨在探討國中足球教練領導行為之差異。方法:問卷調查,研究對象為240位參加101學年度全國中等學校足球聯賽之選手,統計方法包括描述性分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等。結果:國中足球教練領導行為之訓練與指導行為的程度較高,其次民主行為,而專制行為程度較低。不同背景變項;以性別、就讀年級及接觸足球時間有顯著差異。結論:就讀年級越高及接觸足球時間越久,足球選手知覺心理對教練與領導行為較佳,反觀「專制行為」在就讀年級越高及接觸足球時間越久得分上較低。建議:教練適時給予鼓勵與讚賞,且當選手遭遇挫折或情緒低落時,必須主動關懷或提供必要協助,在訓練與指導行為上多與選手溝通與討論,才能達到雙贏。未來研究:可針對國中乙組選手等進行研究,並加入其他研究變項,具體提升改善足球教練與選手之間關係,並對國內足球發展產生價值與貢獻。
Objective: This study aims to investigate the differences between junior Soccer coaching behavior. Methods: The questionnaire study of 240 101 school year to participate in the National Soccer League's secondary school players, statistical methods including descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA analysis. Result: a higher degree of training and instruction of junior football coaching behavior, followed by democratic behavior, autocratic behavior and to a lesser extent.
