Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate how the teenage tennis players interjected the training courses of explosive influence for eight weeks. Method: The study invited 24 tennis players that were represented from two schools, one school as Taichung City Senior High School, and the other was National Senior commercial and Industrial Vocational School. The players divided into two groups. The controlling group was not performing any training courses for eight weeks. The experiment group was continued performing training courses for eight weeks. They used a pair of the sampling T probation to recognize and analyze the two groups of testers. Then they compared the testers before a strength test and after. The result was to show whether they generated a difference. Results: The testers of the experiment group interjected more stamina during the eight weeks training courses. They were graded in this study on the following items: vertical jump, overhead medicine ball, forehand medicine ball toss, backhand medicine ball toss. They compared the testers strength before and after. The outcome of the comparison arrived at a vast difference. Conclusion: After the interjected training courses for eight weeks, the teenage tennis players upper and lower limbs were predominantly increased in strength and stamina.
