不同站姿寬度對於強風下高爾夫推桿桿頭運動學之影響

Effect of stance width on clubhead kinematics of golfers putting under windy conditions

摘要


本研究目的為探討在強風狀況下,球員採取不同站姿寬度策略對於推桿桿頭運動之助益。二十名優秀男子高爾夫選手,於實驗室內以大型排風機所產生之人造風進行推桿測試,並透過3D動作分析系統將推桿動作分期,蒐集不同風速情境下採取窄、中等與寬等站姿策略之推桿桿頭運動學變化情形。本研究發現站姿寬度增加的策略於強風中推桿桿頭動作效益並不顯著,建議當球員面對正面吹襲之強風時,應注意推桿節奏、前後軸與垂直軸之桿頭運動情形,以減少因風速吹襲所造成之擊球點與桿頭速度變化所造成的表現誤差。

The purpose of this study is to explore the benefits of putting stance width strategies on putter head movements under strong wind conditions. Twenty elite male golfers participated in the laboratory with the artificial wind generated by the exhaust fan. A 3D motion analysis system was used to collect the kinematics data of putter head movement on narrow, medium and wide stance width strategy in different wind speed conditions. The study found that the benefit of increasing stance width strategy on putter head movement does not significant improve under strong winds. It is recommended that the player should pay attention on stoke rhythm and putter head movement on anterior -posterior axis and vertical axis when player facing frontal strong wind. In order to reduce the performance error caused by the variation of the impact point and the impact speed caused by strong wind.
