目的:本研究旨在瞭解大專網球選手於12週繩梯訓練前後,腳部協調敏捷度之變化是否有助於提升到位擊球之準確度,並比較實施繩梯訓練後是否能強化到位擊球之反應時間。研究過程以靜宜大學108學年度第一學期20名網球隊隊員為研究對象,並將研究對象隨機分組為實驗組10名、對照組10名。研究發現結果:一、繩梯訓練介入後腳步反應時間有顯著進步(P<.05)。二、繩梯訓練介入後身體移位速度有顯著進步,且進步幅度(P<.05)實驗組優於對照組。三、繩梯訓練介入後,到位擊球準確度有顯著進步,且進步幅度顯著(P<.05)實驗組優於對照組。結論:大專網球選手經由12週的繩梯訓練,能顯著提升腳步反應時間、身體移位速度增快及增強到位擊球準確度。因此本研究建議網球教練在訓練選手時,能帶入繩梯訓練,使選手有更快的移位速度及更佳的擊球表現。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to understand whether the change of foot coordination agility before and after 12 weeks rope ladder training of college tennis players can help to improve the accuracy of batting in place, and compare the differences between the reactions of the implementation of rope ladder training to strengthen batting in place. The research process takes 20 members of the tennis school team members at Providence University at the first semester of the academic year in 2019. As the research object, the participants were randomly divided into two groups. There are 10 members for experimental group and 10 members for control group. After rope ladder training, the study found that: First, the rope ladder training intervention after the step reaction time has significantly improved (P< .05). Second, the body shift speed after rope ladder training intervention has made significant progress, and the progress range (P< .05) experimental group is better than the control group. Third, after the rope ladder training intervention, there has been significant progress in the accuracy of batting in place, and the progress is significant (P< .05) experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion: College tennis players can significantly improve the step reaction time, body shift speed and improve the accuracy of batting in place through 8 weeks of rope ladder training. Therefore, this study suggests that tennis coaches can bring in rope ladder training when training players, so that players have faster shift speed and better batting performance.
