探討如何將高爾夫球練習場的訓練成果轉化為實際高爾夫球場上的表現

摘要


本文以文獻探討的方式來闡述在高爾夫練習場打球和實際比賽場地擊球的差異,並提出相應的改善建議,以供國內高爾夫球友在到高爾夫練習場進行練球訓練時參考。由於高爾夫練習場和實際比賽場地的環境和情境不同,因此練習場上的成績和實際比賽場地上的表現可能會有所不同。本研究提出的改善建議包括適當增加高爾夫練習場上的擊球障礙、納入實際比賽場地所需的技巧和策略之訓練課程等。這些改善措施將有助於球友們更有效地轉化練習成效至實際比賽場地的表現。

This article explores the differences between hitting golf balls on a practice range and on an actual course through a literature review. Corresponding improvement suggestions are provided for domestic golf players to refer to during their practice sessions on a golf course. Due to the differences in environment and circumstances between a practice range and an actual course, the performance on a range may differ from that on a course. The improvement suggestions proposed in this study include adding appropriate hitting obstacles on the practice range and incorporating training courses on skills and strategies needed on an actual course. These measures will help golf players effectively transfer their practice results to their performance on an actual course.
