臺灣學校體制下發展出的職業網球選手之敘說研究

A Narrative inquiry of Professional Tennis Players Developed under the Taiwan School System

摘要


由於我國的職業選手大部分都是從學校體制下出產,本文要探討的是從臺灣學校體制下,發展出的職業選手養成歷程,如何從求學階段到轉換成職業選手的生涯心路歷程,在青少年時期、國際青少年時期以及轉職業時期分別的差異,本文研究方法是建立一個探究空間,分別為:個人與社會(互動);過去、現在、未來(連續);地點(情境),指出的三度敘說(Clandinin&Connelly,2003),透過故事的方式,將筆者在各時期的經歷由文字來說明並且反省,在這些過程中發現轉職業的不容易,以各個時期的不同,並且礙於打職業網球的人是少數,透過本篇研究給予後起之秀一個參考的依據。

This article is discuss the development process of professional players developed under the school system in Taiwan. Since the most of the professional players in our country are produced under the school system, how to change from the stage of schooling to career journey of professional players, differences between junior, international junior, and professional, The research method of this paper is to establish an inquiry space, namely : individual and society; past; present, future, locations, and the three-dimensional narrative pointed out (Clandinin & Connelly, 2003).Through the way of stories, the author's experience in each period is explained and reflected in words. During these processes, I found that it is not easy to turn professional. Due to the differences in each period and the fact that there are only a few professional tennis player, the research gives the rising stars a basis for reference.
