球學聯盟賽事制度實施對臺灣高中籃球發展研究

「球學」創辦人何凱成，秉持著「運動是教育的骨幹」的精神，於2018年成立第一屆的球學聯盟（CXL），時至今日，已經來到第五屆。聯盟企圖打造一個打破傳統認知的校園籃球聯賽，效仿美國NCAA賽事制度，提倡地區性聯盟、學業成績標準、主客場賽制。本研究採質性研究，透過整理相關議題資料與文獻分析，並透過訪談法，訪談實際參與球學聯盟之高中教練以及校隊球員。研究結果發現，臺灣學生運動員面臨體教分離與學業成績低落的兩大問題，參賽球學聯盟賽事的教練與球員對於聯盟有以下觀點：（一）地區性聯盟的規劃，幫助球隊與鄰近學校有更高的互動頻率，減少交通時間與金錢成本。（二）學業成績標準的訂定，能給予學生更多維持課業的動機，也鼓勵學生學習時間管理，養成對自己負責的態度，但成績認定的方式是否有調整的空間，如何才能達到立足點的平等。（三）主客場賽制的安排，能促進校園師生共同參與，讓運動價值回歸校園，也能讓學生嘗試擔任除了球員外，運動賽事中的不同角色。球學聯盟持續受到外界關注，教練與球員對於參加聯盟後，產生的改變持正向評價。然而，在賽事舉辦的規模、實力的平均、成績標準認定，以及如何延續主場傳統，會是教練與學生認為能持續調整的方向。在實務方面，則可供制定政策的相關產業人員，一些思維上的改變與一些創新的臺灣高中籃球經營理念。

Cheng Ho, founded Choxue League (CXL) in 2018 with the philosophy, "sports are the backbone of education." This year (2023), CXL has marked its fifth anniversary. The League attempts to build a new form of high school basketball league different from the traditional one and to emulate the NCAA game system from the United States, promoting regional leagues, setting clearer academic eligibility criteria for student-athletes as well as a better home-and-away-system. This qualitative research is conducted through literature reviews and analysis. The researcher also interviewed front-line basketball coaches and players of the League. As the results show, current Taiwanese student-athletes have faced two major adversities challenges, sports not integrated with the educational system and poor academic performances. Facing these, the interviewees proposed three possible solutions. First, careful regional league planning. It enables players to foster a closer bond with neighboring schools, to shorten the time of commute, and to reduce financial costs. Second, clear academic eligibility criteria. With this, students can get motivated academically, have a better understanding of time management, and foster self-responsibility. Nevertheless, how the criteria should be set for achieving equity is still waited for further discussions. Last, structured home-and-away system. It allows both teachers and students to be more engaged in sports events. Meanwhile, student-athletes have an opportunity to serve different roles in these events. As CXL has gradually gained traction over the years, it has received positive feedback from both coaches and student-athletes after joining the League. It is suggested that scale of events, neck-to-neck competitors, clear academic eligibility criteria, and traditional home advantages could be the focal points for CXL in the future. The researcher wished to provide some insights into innovative management of Taiwanese high school basketball teams and suggestions to relevant policymakers.
