摘要

我々は、日本国内の外国人労働者の社会的包摂とエンパワーメントに関し、企業現場への組織社会化、循環的移民に注目して調査．研究を行ってきた。本稿では、コロナ禍における現状を概観しつつ、企業現場への社会包摂の諸相を報告する。
