摘要


我々は、日本国内の外国人労働者の社会的包摂とエンパワーメントに関し、企業現場への組織社会化、循環的移民に注目して調査.研究を行ってきた。本稿では、コロナ禍における現状を概観しつつ、企業現場への社会包摂の諸相を報告する。

We have conducted research on the social inclusion and empowerment of foreign workers in Japan, focusing on organizational socialization to corporate sites and cyclical immigration. In this paper, we will give an overview of the current situation in Corona epidemic and report on various aspects of social inclusion in the workplace.
