以體驗觀點探討北門遊客中心展示與經營之研究

A Study of Beimen Visitor Center's Exhibition and Management from the Viewpont of User Experience

摘要


回顧台灣近五年來,博物館也開始重視到博物館與社區相關議題,如博物館在社區扮演的角色,和相互間資源的整合運用等,再加上「總體社區營造」的觀念逐漸在台灣展開的因素,博物館的營運趨勢逐漸朝向社區化發展,而博物館的內涵與外在的呈現,隨著時代與社會的需要,已有大幅的修正與改變,但國內社區博物館經營相關環境尚未成熟,目前還處於萌芽階段的社區博物館在經營上倍感困難。在這樣新環境的背景下,Pine & Gilmore(1998)提出體驗經濟概念,人們開始逐漸開始體會到體驗生活的重要性,傳統典藏性質的博物館與文字為主的展示設備將不在吸引遊客的來訪。筆者透過文獻歸納,了解體驗與社區博物館相互關係,在研究方法中以實地調查和訪談,針對遊客中心中的設備、營運、人力、與政府關係依序分析,很多社區博物館在萌芽階段很需要政府相關單位的配合與資助,大多社區博物館都是「公辦民營」的模式在經營,經費與人力的不足更是館舍間的困難,再者,館舍也需要以遊客的角度去考量,定期問卷抽樣了解遊客需求,並且盡量與政府相關單位尋求配套方案,遊客輕鬆享受深度的文化體驗。

Looking back at the past five years, museums have begun to pay attention to the museum and community-related issues such as the role of museums in the community, and mutual integration of the use of such resources, with the ”general community building” concept gradually in Taiwan, for the factors, the gradual trend towards the operation of the museum community development, the museum presents the content and external, with the times and the needs of society, a substantial revision and change, but the domestic business community museums relevant environment is not yet mature, is still in its infancy in the operation of community museums more difficult. In the context of this new environment, Pine & Gilmore (1998) proposed the concept of experience economy, people gradually began to realize the importance of experiencing life, the traditional nature of the museum collection and display of text-based devices will not attract tourists to visit. The author summarized the literature to understand the relationship between experience and community museums, research methods in the field surveys and interviews in the visitor center for the equipment, operations, human resources, and sequence analysis of government relations, many community museums in the bud stage is needed with the relevant government units and funding, most community museums are ”privately run” model in the business, lack of funding and manpower is difficult between premises Moreover, premises also need to consider the perspective of tourists, regular sampling survey to understand the needs of tourists, and as far as possible and the relevant government units for supporting the program, visitors easily enjoy the depth of cultural experience.
