2016宜蘭綠色博覽會糧心館「宜蘭嚴選」APP之使用者研究

The User Research of Interactive APP Design for 2016 Yilan Green Expo Food-Ethics Museum

摘要


博物館功能之一是大眾教育,由於數位科技的進步,博物館展示型式也趨向數位化。其中,互動展示為近年博物館常見教育型式。有鑒於食安事件接連爆發,2016宜蘭綠色博覽會以「糧心」為主軸,希望能結合博物館導覽方式以及食安教育進行大眾傳播行銷。本研究設計「宜蘭嚴選」APP,在博覽會期間讓遊客遊玩以建立食農教育意識與食品安全觀念。為了解使用者透過APP的互動體驗,本研究將針對「宜蘭嚴選」APP使用者進行調查,並提出使用者評估模型,針對APP進行使用評估。透過展場隨機抽樣取得使用者177份有效問卷,經實證分析結果,發現:(1)好的「介面設計」會正向影響其「可用性」,解釋力達61.7%,且使用者正向肯定本研究APP的介面設計;(2)「介面設計」、「可用性」會正向影響APP的「功能性」,解釋力為67.8%;且使用者正向肯定本研究APP的「可用性」及「功能性」;(3)「功能性」的研究變數「數位科技」對研究變數「價值感」有正向顯著影響,解釋力48%。顯示本研究導入「AR數位科技」對APP使用者有創造正向的價值感知。本研究結果可以提供數位導覽使用者研究之評估參考。

One of the functions of museum is public education. Due to advances of digital technology, the museum exhibition also tend to digitalization. In particular, the interactive exhibition becomes popular to achieve the educational function. In view of the outbreak of food safety incidents, the 2016 Yilan Green Expo took "Food Ethics" as its theme. It hoped to combine the museums digitalized guide and food safety education to marketing and communicating the public. This research designed "The Yilan carefully selected" APP via multimedia Augmented Reality technology. To allow visitors to play and establish the awareness of food education and food safety concept during the Expo. In order to understand the interactive experience of APP users, this research investigated the users of APP and proposed the user evaluation model to evaluate the use of APP. This research total obtains 177 effectively questionnaires from the users. The results of this research are that: (1) the "Availability" would be positive effected by the "Interface design", and explanation strength rate reaches 69.1 %, the users were positively appreciated the interface design of the APP. (2) the explanation strength of "Functionality" reached 67.8% which the input factors were the "Interface design", and the "Availability". The users were also positively appreciated the "Availability" and "Functionality" of the APP. (3) the research factors the "Value" would be positive effected by the "Digital technology", the explanation strength is 48%. It showed that the introduction of "AR Digital Technology" had created positive value perception for APP users. The results of this research can provide reference for user research of the digital guide evaluation.
