低碳旅遊與解說員專業能力探討－以南部區域低碳旅遊為例

摘要

本研究則主要針對國內天然資源相對豐富之南部區域的低碳旅遊為研究對象，並針對解說員之專業能力各層面提出探討，經由相關文獻資料探討，及深入訪談國內實際有擔任南部區域之低碳旅遊的解說員，整理本研究之重要研究發現有以下幾點：1.國內南部區域發展低碳旅遊時應重視其有別其他區域的特性，進而發展專屬之低碳旅遊模式。2.低碳旅遊之解說員專業能力除了解說員本身特質外，主要包含了語言表達能力、非語言表達能力、及旅程規劃能力等。3.南部區域在發展低碳生態旅遊的教育訓練機制上，應更重視資源整合及發展經濟的概念及結合解說員專業能力和各方資源共同推動深度低碳旅遊熱潮。

The study focuses on the southern region of Taiwan which has more abundant natural resources and low-carbon tourism and takes analysis of aspects of the professional competence of the interpreters. Through the relevant literatures and interviewing with interpreters who actually engage in low-carbon tourism of southern region in Taiwan, we find some important findings as followings:1. The low-carbon tourism of domestic southern region should place importance on different local characteristics and develop the unique style of low-carbon tourism.2. The professional competence of interpreters of low-carbon tourism includes the characteristics of the interpreters, the language communication abilities, other non-language communication skills and abilities, and the planning abilities of tourism.3. To develop the training mechanism of interpreters of southern region should pay special attention to the integration of local resources, the development of low-carbon economic concepts and the related resources to promote the depth of the low carbon tourism styles.
