摘要

近年來，海洋觀光變的越來越受到歡迎，參與遊憩潛水運動，安全是最大的考量，本文的目的在於探討潛水運動的潛在性風險，希望藉由文獻的討論能使得大家對潛水運動的風險能有進一步的認識。筆者針對以下幾個方面來討論：一、風險的定義。二、休閒潛水的定義與風險。三、潛水意外事故原因。四、意外事故的處置。

In recent years, marine tourism is becoming increasingly popular, participation in recreational diving, safety is the biggest considerations, this paper aims to investigate the potential risk diving, hoping through literature discussions can make everyone on the risks of diving to have a better understanding. For the author to discuss the following aspects: First, the definition of risk. Second, the definition of recreational diving and risks. Third, the diving accident causes. Four, accident disposal.
