摘要

近年來我國海域休閒觀光蓬勃發展，為求永續發展，國內的自然環境資源必須竭力保護，活動設施資源必須多元建立，人力資源必須永續培育。本文旨在探討海洋運動觀光人才培育方向之研究，首先介紹海洋運動觀光的定義、分類以及國內發展現況進而俾定出我國海洋運動觀光人才培育之方向。

In recent years of Sea Area leisure and tourism flourish, for the sake of sustainable development, the natural resources must be trying to protect the environment, activities, facilities, resources must establish diverse, human resources must be sustainable cultivation. This article aims to explore the study of marine tourism personnel training direction of movement, first introduced the definition of marine sports tourism, classification and current status of the development of the country and then set the direction of our country to serve the cultivation of marine sports tourism professionals.
