探討智慧型手機繳費應用程式發展與現況－以自來水公司繳費APP為例

摘要

本文探討使用智慧型手機與下載APP 之現況，以台水公司行動比爾繳費APP為例，透過文獻探討企圖瞭解目前使用智慧型手機之概況，以及使用智慧型手機下載APP 之比率與類型。研究發現當使用者知覺到使用該創新科技智慧型手機的功能與加值服務，有助於提高學習或工作上的效率，則對該創新科技智慧型手機愈會產生正面的評價，因此也就愈願意使用該創新科技智慧型手機，所提供的所有功能和加值服務。

Following the development of electronic devices, mobile phone has been designed with more technological functions. Meanwhile, mobile applications are rapidly developed as well due to the demand of mobile phone users. Creative designing and Multi-function have become the main characteristic attracting more users. Taiwan Water Company started its water fee payment system on the mobile application since 2012. The application offers a more convenient online platform, on which users can inquire bill and pay water fees, to their customers. This study focuses on discussing the situation of the application using. We find that if a mobile application is able to enhance the efficiencies of operating and learning, the application can obtain positive reputation and will become more popular among users.
