在全球化與在地化中發展的臺灣職業運動

摘要

從1980 年代開始，「全球化 (globalization) 」成為一個大家耳熟能詳的名詞。它不僅是學者們熱衷於從各個學門領域探討的一套理論；在實務面也是被高度重視。主要的原因是它所涉及的層面及面向非常廣泛且具多元性，不論人們在那裡，幾乎完全無法脫離它的影響，其中，最明顯的是在經濟、文化及政治的高度全球化發展。運動產業的發展是眾多產業中重要的一部分，其發展與全球化的發展有緊密的鍵結，也因此近數十年來，它的發展在運輸工具及資訊技術的推波助瀾之下，呈現快速的成長，並且呈現多元的面貌。本文以文獻分析法，聚焦於臺灣的職業運動在全球化與在地化的角力之下，所產生的形塑結果。主要探討全球化的概念、全球化下的在地化，以及全球化與在地化角力下臺灣地區的職業運動發展。結果發現：臺灣的職業運動在全球化的發展脈絡下，同時出現了「在地化現象成為全球化或影響全球化現象」、「全球化現象變為在地化或影響在地化現象」及「全球化與在地化二者交融而成全球在地化」三種面貌。。

Since the 1980s, ＂globalization＂ has become a familiar term. It is not only scholars are keen to explore the various discipline, it is also highly valued in practice surface. The main reason for it is level and involves a wide diversity possessed, no matter where people, almost completely unable to escape its influence, of which the most obvious is the economic, cultural and political development of highly globalized. The development of sports industry is an important part of many industries in the world, the development of sports industry was closely bonded with the globalization development, and therefore in recent decades, stimulated by the transport equipment and information technology, the development of sports industry showed the rapid growth and presented diverse landscapes. In this paper, literature analysis was applied on shaping of the results of professional sports in Taiwan under globalization and localization wrestling. We focus on the concept of globalization, the glocalization, as well as the development of professional sports in Taiwan under the globalization and localization wrestling .The results showed: Development under the context of globalization ,Taiwan's professional sports appear three patterns: ＂the localization become a global phenomenon , or affect the phenomenon of globalization＂, ＂the phenomenon of globalization become the localization affairs or make some impact on localization ＂, and ＂globalization and localization will blend together and become glocalization＂.
