摘要

本研究目的在於探討大學社團參與對職場能力之影響關係。研究方法以Google網路問卷調查表單連結進行，研究對象為南部8所科技大學曾參與社團之畢業校友，回收有效問卷533位。研究結果發現：1.大學畢業校友在社團參與及職場能力的表現上具有中高程度的感受，且各分層面有顯著差異。2.畢業校友社團參與及職場能力有顯著正相關。3.畢業校友社團參與對職場能力具有中高程度的影響力，且因果關係模式適配度佳。最後，根據研究結果提出相關的建議，供相關人員與單位參考。

The purpose of this study explored the impact on club participation and job ability at 8 public and private universities of technology in Southern Taiwan. This research method was linked with the Google web questionnaire survey, with 533 effective responses from graduate alumni. The results of this study show: 1. club participation and job ability of graduate alumni are the upper-intermediate level, and there is a significant difference for the various sub-level. 2. there is positive correlation between club participation and job ability. 3. there is upper-intermediate and positive impact of club participation on job ability. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions and future study are given.
