The purpose of this study explored the impact on club participation and job ability at 8 public and private universities of technology in Southern Taiwan. This research method was linked with the Google web questionnaire survey, with 533 effective responses from graduate alumni. The results of this study show: 1. club participation and job ability of graduate alumni are the upper-intermediate level, and there is a significant difference for the various sub-level. 2. there is positive correlation between club participation and job ability. 3. there is upper-intermediate and positive impact of club participation on job ability. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions and future study are given.
