阻力訓練對女大學生身體組成之影響

A study of the Effect of Resistance Training on the Body Composition of Female College Students

摘要


研究目的:本研究在探討阻力訓練對女大學生身體組成之影響。研究方法:研究對象為國立屏東科技大學女大學生共20位,平均年齡20.65 ± 0.74歲,平均身高158.75 ± 4.01公分,平均體重56.03 ± 6.59公斤,平均體脂率32.07 ± 5.23%,平均肌肉量20.99 ± 2.48公斤。依參與者意願分為10位實驗組和10位對照組,對實驗組介入八週,每週四次,每次一小時的阻力訓練課程。兩組受測者在實驗前後均接受身體組成(Inbody 220)檢測。所得資料以相依樣本t檢定分析兩組在前、後測身體組成之差異。研究結果:(一)八週阻力訓練顯著減少女大學生之體脂率(p<.01);(二)八週阻力訓練顯著增加女大學生之肌肉量(p<.001)。結論與建議:八週阻力訓練可明顯的改善女大學生之身體組成。後續建議可於八週阻力訓練課程結束後三個月以及六個月再次評估身體組成之維持效益。

Research purposes: This study explores the impact of resistance training on the body composition of female college students. Research methods: The subjects were 20 female college students from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, with an average age of 20.65±0.74 years, average height of 158.75±4.01 cm, average body weight of 56.03±6.59 kg, average body fat rate of 32.07±5.23%, average muscle mass. 20.99 ± 2.48 kg. According to the participants' wishes, they were divided into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. The experimental group was involved in a four times peer a week for 8 weeks, one-hour resistance training course. Both groups of subjects received body composition (Inbody 220) before and after the experiment. The data obtained were analyzed by the dependent sample t to analyze the differences in body composition between the two groups before and after. Results: (1) Eight-week resistance training significantly reduced the body fat percentage of female college students (p<0.01); (2) Eight-week resistance training significantly increased the muscle mass of female college students (p<.001). Conclusions and recommendations: Eight-week resistance training can significantly improve the body composition of female college students. Subsequent recommendations can be used to reassess the maintenance benefits of the body composition three months and six months after the end of the eight-week resistance training course.
