大學生社團參與、社團活動涉入與領導力實踐之關係

The Relationship of Club Participating, Club Activity Involvement on Leadership Practices for Undergraduate

摘要


本研究主要目的在於探討大學生社團參與、社團活動涉入對領導力實踐的影響關係。本研究方法為問卷調查方法,調查對象為南部七所私立大學的社團學生,問卷共發放700份,回收598份,有效問卷為581份。資料分析採描述性統計、相依檢定、相關檢定與結構方程模式等統計方法,研究結果發現:1.社團參與、社團活動涉入與領導力實踐之各分層面呈顯著性差異;2.社團參與對領導力實踐的影響具有高度解釋力;3.社團活動涉入對領導力實踐的影響具有高度解釋力。最後,本研究根據分析結果提出若干具體可行之建議,供學生、學校及後續研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of club participating club activity involvement on leadership practices for undergraduate. The subjects are students from 7 private universities of clubs in Tainan. The research method adopted questionnaire survey method. 581 samples were validated out of 700. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Paired Sample t test, Pearson correlation analysis as well as SEM analysis to implement the data and verify assumptions. The results of this study showed that (1) There was a significant variance on different dimension of club participating, club activity involvement and leadership practices; (2) there was a significant positive affect of club participating on leadership practices; (3) there was a significant positive affect of club activity involvement on leadership practices. Finally, based on the findings, this study provided several recommendations for universities, students and future research as a reference.
