The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of club participating club activity involvement on leadership practices for undergraduate. The subjects are students from 7 private universities of clubs in Tainan. The research method adopted questionnaire survey method. 581 samples were validated out of 700. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Paired Sample t test, Pearson correlation analysis as well as SEM analysis to implement the data and verify assumptions. The results of this study showed that (1) There was a significant variance on different dimension of club participating, club activity involvement and leadership practices; (2) there was a significant positive affect of club participating on leadership practices; (3) there was a significant positive affect of club activity involvement on leadership practices. Finally, based on the findings, this study provided several recommendations for universities, students and future research as a reference.
