Knowledge Construction of Sports Coaches' Hands-on Experience

The essential research interviews 12 sports coaches to obtain the connotation of training knowledge, and then discusses the relevant knowledge management structure according to the literature, and discusses the establishment process of the knowledge management of sports coaches, covering the knowledge and experience connotation of the acquisition, application and innovation of practical experience knowledge of sports coaches , a knowledge model for structuring the practical experience of sports coaches.
