本研究的目的為台灣中老年女性量測去脂肪質量(free fat mass, FFM)在四台生物阻抗分析儀器與雙能X射線吸收測定法(DXA)之間的比較。31名中老年女性受測者,使用站立式八極板InBody230、InBody770、BC418、MC780與DXA 測量,量測去脂肪質量的結果分別為39.41±4.89kg, 39.13±4.85kg, 39.01±4.72 kg, 39.21±4.25kg, 37.14±4.99kg,比較四台生物阻抗儀器與DXA所測量結果其對應的相關係數分別為0.881、0.890、0.797與0.852(p<0.05)。研究顯示各儀器雖然與DXA所量測的數據皆有著正相關的關係,其中以InBody770機台的相關性較高,這表明這些儀器皆可以做為替代方法,用於台灣女性中老年人在去脂肪質量的初篩檢測方法。
The purpose of this study was to determine the concordance between four bioimpedance analyzers and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in measuring free fat mass (FFM) in middle-aged and elderly Taiwanese women. 31 middle-aged and elderly female subjects were measured by using the standing octopole InBody230, InBody770, BC418, MC780 and DXA. The results of the measured FFM were 39.41±4.89kg, 39.13±4.85kg, 39.01±4.72 kg, 39.21±4.25kg and 37.14±4.99kg, the corresponding correlation coefficients were 0.881, 0.890, 0.797 and 0.852 respectively (p<0.05) when comparing the four bioimpedance analyzers and the results measured by DXA. Studies have shown that although each analyzers has a positive correlation with the data measured by DXA, the InBody770 has a higher correlation, which indicates that these analyzers can be used as alternative methods for Taiwanese female middle-aged and elderly people. primary screening method.
