專題導向學習應用在技職教育專業化之行動研究

摘要

本研究旨在將專題導向學習應用在技職教育專業化之學習成效及其認知內涵。為達此目的，本研究以行動研究方式，設計專題導向學習的技職教育專業化教學活動，以技職教育研究所的研究生為研究對象共計86位，採用學習日誌、學習歷程檔案及同儕評量等方式搜集資料。研究結果顯示，專題導向學習應用在技職教育專業化的活動設計有九個單元，依其教學模式可分為「專題導引」、「專題建構」、「專題發展」及「專題發表」四個階段，研究發現，學生在專題導向學習教學模式各階段的教學活動中，有不同的學習成效及認知內涵。

The purpose of this study is to explore the application and effect of project-based learning for professionalization of vocational and technological education. To achieve this goal, methods used in this study are intern diary, learning profiles and peer assessment. The subjects are eight-six graduate student of vocational and technological education. The results indicate that we can divide the process of professional socialization of student teachers into some stages, such as orientation stage, concept stage, development stage and present stage and so on. Also, findings indicate those stages affect contents of learning.
