摘要

《紅樓夢》整部書以賈、史、王、薛四大家族為背景，以賈寶玉、林黛玉的愛情悲劇為主線，著重描寫榮、寧二府由盛到衰的過程。王熙鳳是《紅樓夢》金陵十二釵中舉足輕重的角色，前八十回中就有五十二回出場，她是整部小說中寫得最活的一個典型人物—縱向時間中，反映了賈府由盛而衰的歷程；橫向空間裏，連結大觀園清淨女兒世界和賈府的俗事雜務。本文論述主要以小說的情節發展為主軸，分別從「毒設相思局」、「弄權鐡鑑寺」、「大鬧寧國府」三回目而論，主要探討王熙鳳的形象，其人際關係由內而外區分為：（一）生活密切的家人：夫妻、婆媳、母女。（二）家族內的女性：賈母、秦可卿。（三）婚姻中的第三者：多姑娘、平兒、秋桐、尤二姐。（四）對她示好的男人：賈瑞。從這四組人際關係網絡，綜合論析鳳姐的形象理風格。研究顯示：鳳姐貼心知己甚少，姻親的人際關係並不和諧；或因如此，擺脫人情包袱的鳳姐，反可建立獨特的管理風格，達到治理榮寧二府的功效。
