托嬰中心幼兒負向情緒與托育人員因應策略之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討托嬰中心幼兒常見的負向情緒事件與托育人員因應策略。本研究採用質性研究方法,以嘉義市小星星(化名)托嬰中心之幼兒(20-36個月)為研究對象,研究者以訪談、觀察、文件蒐集等方式來探討相關問題,茲將本研究主要研究結果摘要如下:本研究結果如下:一、常見幼兒之情緒事件主要有恐懼、憤怒、難過、焦慮、嫉妒。二、幼兒在面對情緒時的反應不盡相同,最常見的情緒反應是哭泣。三、托育人員面對幼兒情緒事件之因應策略分為:直接處理方式和整體因應之策略來歸納和說明。本研究建議如下:一、對托育人員的建議:(一)鼓勵托育人員多參與情緒教育相關研習,提升托育人員專業知能。(二)托育人員能隨時察覺自我情緒、調整情緒,做為幼兒良好的示範。(三)托育機構定期舉辦親職相關活動,鼓勵家長陪同嬰幼兒參與活動。二、對家長的建議:(一)不可剝奪幼兒學習生活自理之時機與機會。(二)規律的生活作息,有助於幼兒情緒能力。(三)面對幼兒情緒問題,家長須注意自身情緒。(四)把握每天寶貴的親子互動時光。(五)家長對於情緒管控需做到以身作則。三、對未來研究的建議:從研究結果中可發現嬰幼兒負向情緒的因素有許多,如:父母的管教態度、家庭環境等,建議未來可加以分析負向情緒和情緒之相關性,提供相關研究人員更加了解嬰幼兒負向情緒產生之原因。

This study aims to explore the common negative emotional events and coping strategies of nursery staff in infants in nursery centers. This study adopts qualitative research method, and takes the children (20-36 months) of Xingxing (pseudonym) baby care center in Chiayi City as the research object. The main findings of the study are summarized below: The results of this study are as follows: 一、Common emotional events in infants and young children mainly include fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, and jealousy. 二、Infants and young children respond differently when facing emotions. The most common emotional reaction is crying. 三、The nursery staff's coping strategies in the face of children's emotional events are divided into: direct processing methods and overall coping strategies to summarize and explain. This study recommends the following: 一、Suggestions for nursery staff: (一) Encourage childcare personnel to participate in emotional education and study, and improve the professional knowledge of childcare personnel. (二) Nursery staff can be aware of their own emotions and adjust their emotions at any time, setting a good example for children. (三) Nursery institutions regularly organize parenting-related activities, and encourage parents to accompany infants and young children to participate in activities. 二、Advice to parents: (一) Children should not be deprived of opportunities and opportunities to learn to take care of themselves in life. (二) A regular life schedule is conducive to children's emotional abilities. (三) Facing children's emotional problems, parents must pay attention to their own emotions. (四) Seize the precious time of parent-child interaction every day. (五) Parents need to lead by example in controlling emotions. 三、Suggestions for future research: From the research results, it can be found that there are many factors that contribute to children's negative emotions, such as: parents' discipline attitude, family environment, etc. It is suggested that in the future, the correlation between negative emotions and emotions can be analyzed to provide relevant researchers with a better understanding of children's negative emotions The reason for it.
