摘要

人類與自然生界的互動長久以來被廣泛的討論與分析，東、西方在生命中心、生態中心的議題中，產生各種理論與實務面的論述；隨著氣候變遷與自然災難的發生，環境議題儼然成為當今世代複雜且重要的課題之一。本文藉由逐步聚焦「慈濟內湖園區」所帶出的爭議與現象，指出慈濟環保對應於當今的自然保育議題，乃是大量點（具體爭點）、線（理論與實務、理性與非理性）、面（整體環境與社會）的綜合結構體；同時分析信仰、價值層面形塑現代環境倫理的重要因素，在慈濟宗與環保團體的互動過程中引導出台灣新的文化與價值觀。環保社群與宗教團體共同摸索的歷程，激發更多社會（或個體）的普世精神與實際行動，便是「慈濟內湖園區」具有的特殊性及時代意義。

The interaction between human beings and natural environment has been widely discussed and analyzed for a long time. Many theories and practical discourse emerge in the issues about Biocentrism and Ecocentrism among eastern and western countries. With the occurrence of Climate Change and natural disasters, environmental subject has become a complicated and significant task in contemporary generation.Through focusing on the controversies and phenomena caused by ”Tzu Chi Nei-hu Park”, this paper will point out that there is a comprehensive structure which is composed of a considerable amount of points (definite disputes), lines (theoretical and practical, rational and irrational) and surfaces (the entirety of environment and society). Meanwhile, the author will analyze the crucial elements which in the level of faith and value form the modern environmental ethics, and moreover, it is Taiwan's new culture and value that has been led by the interactive process of Tzu Chi and Environmental Groups. Therefore, the particularity and significance of the times of Tzu Chi Nei-hu Park lie in the groping history of environmental and religious communities that inspired more universal spirits and realistic actions within society or individuals.
