This study investigated the relationship among the occupational commitment, job engagement, and job performance of elementary school teachers in Taiwan. It adopted the method of questionnaire survey and collected 730 copies of valid feedbacks which were analyzed via descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regressions. According to the analysis results, this study has reached the following conclusions: 1. the occupational commitment of teachers has a positive impact on their job performance; 2. the organizational commitment of teachers has a positive impact on their job performance; 3. the occupational and organizational commitments of teachers have indirect and positive impacts on their job performance via the mediate of job engagement. Lastly, based on the research findings, it proposed suggestions on school practice and future research.
