近年來回流教育的盛行,使得高等教育的在職進修普及化、彈性化,基於建立優質國軍的理念下,國防部亦積極推動「終身學習制度」,鼓勵人員公餘進修,以增進本職學能,並藉此將學習成果運用於生活上,然而,國軍為一特殊職業,工作型態有其限制性與約束力,能否全心全力扮演工作者與學生不同職業別的角色,在此都是值得探討的話題,本研究之目的在於探討國軍人員參與在職進修與生活滿意度和工作滿意度之相關影響。得到以下結論:(一)在職進修對生活滿意度有顯著性影響;(二)工作滿意度與生活滿意度互有顯著性影響;(三)角色衝突對在職進修與工作滿意度有間接的顯著效果。
In recent years, the flexibility and popularization of in-job training provided by higher education have been brought by the rising trend of recurrent education. In favor of establishing a high quality national military service, the ministry of national defense (MND) also promotes "lifelong education" systems, encouraging its staff to receive off-job training to enhance their own professional skills as well as knowledge in everyday life. However, military service is a special career and have its own restrictions and bounds. Whether military personnel could switch different roles as students or servicemen has been an interesting issue to investigate. This study will explore the influential factors on the satisfaction both job and daily life of military personnel whom participated in in-job training. Get to draw a conclusion: (1) In-job training had significant effect on daily life satisfaction. (2) Satisfaction between job and daily life is noticeable. (3) Character conflicts had indirect influential effects on in-job training and job satisfactions.
