Due to troop movement and duty rotation, military officers often face the work-family conflicts. In order to understand the factors between organizational commitment and military officers, this study aims on the work-family conflicts and job satisfaction of military officers. Therefore, we utilize military officers in the Taoyuan area as our subjects to conduct the survey. After conducting statistical analysis through 296 valid questionnaires (94.9% effective rate), this study found that: 1. Work-family conflicts have a serious negative impact, and one of the influential factors like work interference with family has a significant negative impact on organizational commitment. 2. Job satisfaction will positive affect the organizational commitment significantly. 3. Job satisfaction has a mediating effect on the work-family conflicts and organizational commitment.
