軍校生內外控信念、生活適應、壓力因應策略與學習滿意度之關係的研究

A Study on the Relationship among Cadets’ Locus of Control, Life Adaptation, Stress Coping Strategies and Learning Satisfaction

摘要


本研究旨在探討軍校生之控制信念、生活適應、壓力因應策略及學習滿意度之間的關係。研究樣本為民國103年就讀於中正國防幹部預備學校之學生,共回收392份有效問卷,使用SPSS和LISREL軟體進行統計分析。研究結論如下: 1、軍校生的「控制信念」傾向對其「生活適應」有顯著的正向影響。 2、軍校生的「生活適應」對其「學習滿意度」有顯著的正向影響。 3、軍校生的「壓力因應策略」對其「學習滿意度」有顯著的正向影響。 研究結果可供從事軍校教育之長官、教師、學生或相關人員未來研究之參考。本研究並提出以下建議: 1、建議軍校生在軍校生活的環境下,勿過分執著於個人努力與成就的必然性,如此方能減少因對外在環境的無力感及挫折而來的適應問題。 2、為了提高軍校生的學習滿意度,可透過調整管理方式,增進學生的適應能力,並提升其壓力因應的方法。例如鼓勵軍校生參與服務活動,藉由參與服務的過程讓學生體驗生命的意義,找尋生活的目標,通過建設性的適應方式,去面對生活中的挫折。

This study aims to study the relationship between locus of control, life adaptation, strategy of pressure adjustment, and learning satisfaction. Students study in the Chung-Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School in year 2014 is choosing as research sample. 392 valid questionnaires is collected and analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. Results are as follows: 1.The locus of control significantly and positively affects cadets’ life adaptation. 2.Life adaptation significantly and positively affects cadets’ learning satisfaction. 3.Strategy of pressure adjustment significantly and positively affects cadets’ learning satisfaction. Results of this study can be used as reference for staff and teachers dedicated to military education, students and relevant researcher to conduct future studies. Based on the results, this study provide following suggestions: 1.Cadets in the life environment of military college do not emphasis too much on inevitability of individual effort and achievement, so as to reduce the external adjustment problems in the sense of powerlessness and frustration from the environment. 2.To improve the cadets learning satisfaction, the school can change the management style; enhance students' ability of life adaptation and response to pressure. Such as encouraging cadets to participate in service activities, by participating in the process allow students to experience the meaning of life, to find the goal of life, and to face their life's frustration through constructive manner.
