軍校學生壓力感受與其身心反應之探討

Study on the Feelings of Stress and Psycho-physiological Reactions of Cadets

摘要


本研究目的在探討軍校學生的壓力感受及其身心反應。研究對象為陸軍官校一、四年級全體學生365人,以「個人基本資料表」、「壓力源問卷表」及「身心量表」收集資料,並以次教、百分比、平均值、排序、t-test、ANOVA、Chi-Square、Pearson correlation等方法進行分析。回收有效問卷292份。研究結果主要呈現:(1)軍校學生壓力分別來自設備環境、個人因素、領導統御、學業功課、人際關係、生活規範與未來因素壓力源。(2)以壓力感受之強度論,未來因素和生活規範壓力源是軍校學生最感壓力的壓力源。(3)軍校學生壓力感受與身心反應呈顯著正相關。(4)來自不同背景的軍校學生,其壓力感受與身心反應不同。本研究結果期能對軍中心理衛生教育有所助益。

The major purpose of the research is to study the feeling of stress and the psycho-physiologic reaction of cadets Three hundred sixty-five junior and senior cadets were selected by the use of purposive sampling. The research tools used were as followed: 「Basic Personal Data Form」, the 「Source of Stress Questionnaire」 and the 「Psycho-physiological Reaction Questionnaire」. Data was analyzed by the following methods: frequency, percentage, mean, rank analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Chi-Square, and Pearson correlation. Only 292 questionnaires were valid. The major results of the research are: (1) The stressors among cadets include equipment environment, personal factors, leadership styles, school work, interpersonal relationship, living norm and future factor stressor. (2) In terms of stress level, future factors and living norms cause the strongest stresses among cadets. (3) Feelings of stress and psycho-physiological reaction are positive relation in cadets. (4) Feelings of stress and the psycho-physiological reaction vary in students of different background. The authors hope the research results can aid mental health education in the military.
