軍事院校學生的報考動機與學校適應情形-以海軍軍官學校為例

摘要


堅強的國防是國家安全的重要保障,國防的強弱除了取決於武器裝備的量與質外,人力素質也是重要的因素。受到整體經濟環境改變的影響,當「職業軍人」也是青年學子的選項之一。軍事院校學生著重嚴格的生活紀律以及體能訓練,除了學習國防部所規定的軍事理論與技能外,同時也要學習教育部所規範的課業內容。如果學生的身心狀態產生適應的障礙,無法融入軍校環境進而辦理退學或是遭到淘汰,對於學生、校方以及國家社會而言,都是一種無謂的資源耗損。本研究以海軍官校2017年在學學生為分析對象,探討學生的「報考動機」、「生活適應」與「學習滿意度」關聯性。本研究發現:(一)「報考動機」方面:(1)不同性別的學生在「自我期望」及「外在影響」有顯著差異,(2)家長的學歷為大專「自我期望」明顯高於家長的學歷為高中(職)的學生;家長的學歷為大專「職業特徵」明顯高於家長的學歷為碩士(含)以上的學生,(3)家長的職業與家庭月收入對學生的「報考動機」無明顯差異。(二)「生活適應」方面:(1)不同年級的學生在「環境適應」有顯著差異,(2)不同體能狀況的學生在「體制適應」有顯著差異,(3)不同性別的學生在「生活適應」方面則無明顯差異。(三)不同性別、科系、體能狀況學生的「學習滿意度」並無明顯差異。(四)「報考動機」意向愈高,「生活適應」與「學習滿意度」也隨之提升。「生活適應」愈好,則「學習滿意度」也相對較高。

Strong national defense is an important guarantee for national security. In addition to the strength of the national defense depends on the quality and quantity of weaponry, the manpower quality is regarded as a pivotal factor. By the impact of the overall economic environment changes, the military as a profession is one of the options for young people. Military academies focus on students’ strict life discipline and physical training. Besides, they learn the military theory and skills stipulated by the Ministry of Defenseand the curriculum regulated by the Ministry of Education simultaneously. If students encounter physical or mental barriers to adaptation or they are not able to integrate into the military environment and then drop out or be eliminated, it is a huge resource depletion for students, schools and national society. This study includes all students in naval academy of Twain as an object to explore the relationship between the students’ motivation of application, life adaption and learning satisfaction. The results of this study:(1)Motivation of application: There are significant difference in “expected” and “the external influence” among students of different gender. There is high self-expectation in students whose parents with college education level. There is no influence in motivation of application between parents’ occupation and incomes. (2)Life adaptation: There are significant difference in the "physical adaptation" among students of different grader. There is different physical condition in students whose who with significantly different in "institutional adaptation". There is no significant difference between students of different sex in terms of "living adaptation". (3)Learning satisfaction: There is no significant difference in "learning satisfaction" among students of different gender, department and physical condition. (4)The higher of the desire for "motivation", "living adaptation" and "learning satisfaction" will better, and the "learning satisfaction" is also.
