總體經濟因素與營建類股公司績效之關係探討

摘要

本研究旨在探討總體經濟因素與上市營建類股公司績效之關係。運用敘述統計、相關係數、多元迴歸分析等計量方法。多元迴歸分析選取自變數總體經濟變數包括:經濟成長率、消費者物價指數、躉售物價指數、景氣對策信號綜合分數。應變數選取Tobin's Q作為公司績效變數。研究結果發現我國上市營建產業對於我國總體經濟條件中景氣發展極為敏感。

This study aims to discuss with the relation between macroeconomic factors and financial performance in publicly held company of construction industry stocks. It uses the econometric methods by descriptive statistics, Correlation Coefficient, multiple regression. A multiple regression analysis collected the Independent variable in macroeconomic factors include economic growth rate, consumer price index, wholesale price index, monitoring indicator score. The dependent variable was firm performance by Tobin's Q. The research results were found the performance of construction industry were sensitive to the monitoring indicator.
