農學院大學生其主動人格、職涯堅持與就業傾向之關係研究

The study on relationship among proactive personality, career persistence and job intention for agriculture college students

摘要


大學教育在整個國家發展非常重要,因為只有教育能夠提升國民的知識水準,讓人力素質提高,使得生產力倍增,提升產業的競爭力。農業是國家的根本,即使社會結構轉型,仍然需要農業來供應民生需求,所以農業就業人才非常需要專業的培養,其中最為直接重要的人力供給方則是大學的農學院。然而大學農學院的學生是否願意確實投入於農業領域則是需要關注的議題,本研究主要探討農學院大學生未來的就業傾向,並以主動人格與職涯堅持作為自變項探討其中的脈絡關係。研究結果發現主動人格對於職涯堅持具有正向顯著的影響,職涯堅持對就業傾向亦有正向顯著的解釋力,可提供大學農學院之教育與行政工作者作為參考。

Higher education plays an important role in the overall development of the country, because only education can gradually improve the knowledge level of the people, increase the quality of people and then invest in the workplace to double the productivity and make the industry more competitive. Agriculture has always been the foundation of the country. Even though the society has been transformed into industrial and commercial organizations for a long time, the bulk of the supply of people's livelihood still depends on agriculture, so agricultural employment talents still need professional training, of which the most direct supply for talent is a college of agriculture in colleges and universities. However, whether the students of agricultural colleges in colleges and universities are really involved in the field of agriculture is a topic that needs attention. This study mainly explores the future job intentions of college students of agricultural colleges, and uses proactive personality and career persistence as predictive variables to discuss the variables. The results found that proactive personality has a positive and significant impact on career persistence, and career persistence also has a positive and significant explanatory power on job intention. The conclusions and recommendations provide educators and administrators of agricultural colleges in colleges and universities as reference.
