針對共享機車在交通行動服務的應用架構,本研究首先假設共享機車、公車、客運、臺鐵、高鐵、機車、汽車、腳踏車、共享自行車等各種運具之間的轉乘資料,計算出各時間點與使用者旅程規劃,並計算運具的穩定使用機率,共享機車使用機率僅為0.079,確實偏低,因此確實需要提昇共享機車服務的接受度;本研究再歸納整理提昇共享機車服務接受度的主要影響因素分別為服務品質、服務內容、租車費率、服務滿意度及行為意向等構面,並進行網路問卷調查,整體Cronbachα值0.928,顯示本研究具有良好的信度水準與內部一致性,整體結構方程模式分析結果,服務內容顯著影響服務滿意度,服務滿意度也顯著影響使用者的再次使用行為意向。
The study proposes the architecture of shared motorcycles in Mobility as a Service (MaaS) to improve the acceptance of motorcycles-sharing-services. The data include the use of shared motorcycles, buses, intercity buses, Taiwan Railways, High-speed rails, motorcycles, cars, bicycles, shared bicycles. Basing on the transfer data, we can calculate each time point and the user's journey planning, and the stable probability of the shared motorcycles are only 0.079, which is indeed low. Therefore, it is indeed to promote the acceptance of motorcycles-sharing-services. To summarize the promotion of acceptance of shared motorcycles services, the main factors include service quality, service content, rental rates, service satisfaction and behavior intentions. An online questionnaire survey was conducted, and the overall Cronbachαvalue was 0.928, showing that this research has a good reliability and internal consistency. The overall structural equation modeling analysis results show that service content significantly affects service satisfaction, and service satisfaction also significantly affects the intention of re-use behavior of users.
