民眾對行動健康照護採用行為意圖之決定因素？擴展UTAUT模式

行動健康照護做為醫療行業的新興領域，並受到越來越多關注。許多政府已經認識到行動健康照護（mhealth）可能帶來的好處，並對於政府實現SDG 3目標（確保健康的生活並促進所有年齡段的所有人的健康）至關重要。因此，這項研究旨在通過行動自我效能、健康素養、態度因素來擴展整合性科技接受模式（unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, UTAUT），進一步研究影響民眾對行動健康照護採用行為意圖的因素。在問卷調查方式上，則採用網路問卷與實地面對面問卷調查來收集數據。具有PLS的結構方程模式用於分析從632位民眾收集的數據。分析結果顯示，績效期望、社會影響、便利條件、態度、行動自我效能是影響民眾採用行動健康照護行為意圖的因素；行動自我效能、努力期望對績效期望產生積極影響；行動自我效能、健康素養對努力期望產生積極影響。這項研究發現將擴展行動健康照護採用行為意圖的文獻。最後，還討論了這項研究的理論和實踐意義。

As an emerging field in the healthcare industry, mobile health (mhealth) has received increasing attention. Many governments are now recognizing the possible benefits of mhealth and are attempting to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3 targets (ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages). This study examined the factors affecting users' behavioral intention to adopt mhealth in central Taiwan by using the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) with mobile self-efficacy, health literacy, and attitude factors. Online and face-to-face surveys were used to collect data. Structural equation modeling with the partial least-squares method was used to analyze the data collected from 632 users. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, attitude, and mobile self-efficacy affected users' behavioral intention to adopt mhealth; mobile self-efficacy, health literacy, and effort expectancy positively influenced performance expectancy. The findings of this study contribute to the literature on users' behavioral intention to adopt mhealth. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.
