高齡學習者社會支持與靈性健康之相關研究

The Study of the Relationships among Social Support and Spiritual Health of Elder Learners

摘要


隨著高齡化社會的到來,若能提供高齡者在老年期良好的社會支持,將可調適其晚年生活上的心理壓力,其靈性健康也將更為良好。因此,本研究主要探討高齡學習者社會支持與靈性健康之間的相關。透過問卷調查及相關統計方法針對蒐集的數據進行分析後發現,高齡學習者的社會支持及靈性健康程度普遍良好,另外高齡學習者的社會支持和靈性健康有正相關且具有預測力,亦即當高齡學習者其知覺感受到社會支持,將使高齡學習者對自我更有信心,其靈性健康也愈高。故引導高齡學習者透過學習,增進多面向的社會支持,強化其對生命意義的重視,其靈性健康也能提升。

With the aging society is coming, if we can provide the high level social support in the old period, then we will adjust the psychological pressure of the elder and their spiritual health will be better. Therefore, the study explores the relationships among social support and spiritual health of spiritual health. After analyzing the collected data through questionnaire surveys and statistical methods, we found that the social support and spiritual health of elder learners are generally good. In addition, the relationships among social support and spiritual health of elder learners are positively correlated and can be predicted. When the elder learners have higher level of social support, they will have more confidence in themselves and their spiritual health will be higher, either. Therefore, let the elder learners learning to enhance multi-faceted social support, strengthen their attention to the meaning of life, and their spiritual health can also be improved.
