無縫運輸服務之轉乘指標研究

本研究針對無縫運輸服務轉乘時所需考量的空間縫隙、時間縫隙、資訊縫隙、服務縫隙進行轉乘指標的探討，整合相關文獻後，歸納出各大項縫隙的衡量指標，另外再加入一些影響無縫程度的因素，並針對公共運輸的使用者進行問卷調查，探討使用者對於各項指標所認為的重要性及目前使用下的滿意度，最後分析問卷調查的結果，並給予改善之建議。

The study focus on the seamless gaps of public transportation on space, time, information, and service, referring to domestic and foreign documents, we summarized the seamless transfer index of public transportation, as well as added additional factors that will affect the degree of seamless. A questionnaire survey conducted for users of public transport to explore the importance and satisfaction of the indicators, and some suggestions for improvement based on the results of the questionnaire survey.
