共享廚房平臺設計與行銷之研究

Research on Design and Marketing of Shared Kitchen Platforms

摘要


現在大多數的人因為工作繁忙或是因家中沒有廚房而無法自行烹飪餐點,缺少了與親友一起做料理、用餐的溫馨感覺,也因此減少了與親友相處的時間。本研究發現了上述現象,運用評估研究法進行研究,設計了一個共享廚房平臺,希望能讓消費者藉由使用這個烹飪空間與親友共同下廚,增加彼此的感情,更可以透過此平臺與其他人切磋廚藝與交流料理心得,以結交更多愛好下廚做料理的人。此外本平臺亦提供「共餐」配對系統,讓喜歡料理的會員與無法下廚的會員媒合配對,雙方共同下廚與共食,讓有廚藝的人不但有機會下廚,還可以不用獨自用餐。本平臺並提供了料理教學、食材購買等配套服務,讓下廚的會員可以輕鬆地享受烹飪與共餐的樂趣。

Nowadays, most people are unable to cook their own meals due to busy work or lack of a kitchen at home. They are lacking the warm feeling of cooking and dining with relatives and friends, and thus reduce the time spent with relatives and friends. This study found the above phenomenon, conducted research using the evaluation method, and designed a shared kitchen platform, hoping that consumers can increase the warmth of hospitality between them and use this platform to communicate with others. People discuss cooking skills and exchange cooking experience, to bring more people who like to cook. In addition, the platform also provides a "co-dining" matching system, allowing members who like to cook to match with members who cannot cook. Let them eat together. The platform also provides supporting services such as cooking lessons and food purchase; let members who can cook easily and enjoy the fun of cooking and eat together.
