加盟店新進人員之教育訓練問題-以真鍋咖啡為例

New Employee Orientation for Franchise Stores: A Case Study of Zhen Quo Café

摘要


本研究主要目的是以真鍋咖啡為例,探討加盟店新進人員之教育訓練問題。隨著產業環境的改變,這幾年來,加盟店成為台灣商業經營業態的新寵兒。雖然加盟連鎖店具有快速獲利及降低經營風險的競爭優勢,然而其實際營運的績效,仍取決於加盟業主及所屬員工本身管理及執行的能力。因此,加盟業主及所屬員工是否能夠成功移轉經營加盟店所須具備之核心知識及技術,成為影響加盟店經營績效關鍵因素之一。因此,本研究以真鍋咖啡為研究對象,探討加盟店新進人員之教育訓練現況及所面臨的問題,研究結果希望能提昇加盟店新進人員之教育訓練成效,以增進加盟店之服務品質及經營績效。

The purpose of this study was to explore problems related to orientation program for newly hired employees of franchise stores. Franchising, as a new business model in Taiwan, has become very popular in recent years. Although franchising can increase the likelihood of profits and reduce risks for franchisees, effectiveness of operation for franchise stores still mainly depends on successful transfer of core knowledge and skills to franchisees and employee hired. Therefore, by taking a close look at the ZhenQuo Café in Taiwan, the result of this study not only identified problems related to orientation programs associated with new employees of franchise stores, but also tried to increase effectiveness of training and education and quality of services for franchise stores.
