高中生休閒活動參與及阻礙因素之研究

A Study of Leisure Activity Participation and Leisure Constraint Factors in Senior High School Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中生對休閒的認知與態度、休閒活動參與及休閒阻礙的可能因素。本研究以臺北市立南港高中學生為對象,採問卷調查法共回收247份問卷,其中有效問卷為241份,並利用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法,進行研究假設的檢定與分析。結果發現如下:1.高中生對休閒均持正面積極的肯定認知與態度,不會因個人背景變項的不同而有所影響,並高度認同每個人都需要正當的休閒活動、休閒活動有助於個人身心放鬆。2.高中生最常參與的活動有聊天、玩電腦上網、看電視、電影。3.高中生的休閒阻礙以「沒有時間」及「課業壓力」為最大阻礙。

The purpose of this study was to explore the possible factors that influenced the senior high school students’ awareness toward leisure, attitudes, participating and leisure barriers. Mainly, this study focuses on the students from Nangang senior high school in Taipei City . Through the questionnaire survey and results in 247 questionnaires as the research samples and 241 are valid. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product moment correlation were taken for data analysis. The results were as the followings: 1. High school students have positive awareness toward leisure and attitudes will not be affected by the different personal background changes, and highly agree that everyone needs proper leisure activities, and leisure activities will help personal physical and mental relaxation. 2. Taking naps, using the computers through the Internet, watching TV and movies are the most popular leisure activities for the senior high school students 3. The biggest leisure constraints of the senior high students are "having no time" and "coursework stress".
