以生態旅遊觀點探討環境教育場所之服務品質

The Service Quality of Environmental Education Facility from Perspective of Eco-tourism

摘要


近年來因環境的異變與自然資源的枯竭,使得永續環境議題逐漸受到各界的注目。早期環境教育的本質,主要推展的是「戶外教學」或「田野教育」,而近代我們對於環境的思考,除了自然環境之外,還包括了人文環境、歷史傳統及社會生活等的整個生態圈。因此,在設計、發展及建構環境教育體系時,就必須依據「所有的教育都是環境教育」的基本理念上,所重視的是課程整體規劃,強調的是「永續發展」的概念。本文是以質性研究方式,藉由資料蒐集、環境教育場所業者及環境教育專業學者與人員深度訪談方式,考量觀光客選擇環境教育場所之關鍵服務品質因素,發展七個命題。其中,命題一為社會構面,命題二為旅遊構面,命題三為經濟構面,命題四為教育構面,命題五為環保構面,命題六為品質服務構面,命題七為經營管理構面。

In recent years due to environmental changes and the depletion of natural resources, making sustainable environmental issues have gradually attracted attention from all walks of life. The nature of early environmental education, promoted in the period of progressivism is outdoor-teaching or field-education, modern thinking on the environment, not only refers to the natural environment, but contains the human environment, historical tradition, social life, and eco-cycle. Therefore, in the design, development and construction of the environmental education system, we must stand on the basic concept of all education is environmental education. Therefore, this study explore the service quality of environmental education by qualitative research. There are seven propositions were proposed through the literature review, in-depth interviews, and NVIVO analysis.
