領隊人員的人格特質、工作壓力與專業生涯承諾之關係研究

摘要


鑒於旅行業的領隊工作一直是流動比率過高的職業,如何能留住專業人才則是當今旅行業的重要議題,因此本研究旨在探討領隊人格特質與工作壓力對其專業生涯承諾的影響。本研究以台北市四間旅行社之領隊人員為研究對象,進行立意抽樣法,問卷共發出350份問卷,回收310份,刪除無效問卷10份,有效問卷300份。繼而利用信效度分析、相關分析、逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析與整理。研究發現五大人格特質中「神經質」對於工作壓力各構面均達顯著影響;工作壓力的「家庭壓力」與「生涯成就壓力」分別對於專業生涯承諾的「生涯投入」、「留職意願」達顯著影響;領隊背景資料的「性別」與「年齡」在人格特質上有顯著的差異。本研究依據研究結果,提出結論與建議,做為後續研究者與相關單位的參考。

In consideration of the labor turnover rate of tour leader on travel industry, nowadays the important topic in travel industry is that how to retain professional talents, therefore the research aims to explore the impact of personality traits and work pressure on professional career commitment. The research is point aimed at four travel agencies in Taipei. By using purpose sampling survey method, a total of 350 were sent out and 310 were recovered, 10 were deleted, finally 300 were valid. Afterwards conduct data analysis and collation by method of reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis. The research found that among the five personality traits, "neuroticism" had a significant influence on all aspects of work pressure. "Family stress" and "the sense of profession achievement stress" have notably effects on career commitment and desire to remain. Also found that there is a observably difference in personality traits between the gender and age of the background information of the tour leader. Based on the result of this research, conclusions and suggestions are proposed as references for subsequent researchers and relevant units.
