摘 要 本研究旨在探討我國高中職學務主任的人格特質,組織承諾與工作壓力的關係,經由文獻探討之理論架構發展出調查問卷,再經專家審查,針對全國高中職學校476位學務主任實施普測調查。共計發出476份問卷,回收問卷288份,問卷回收率達60.50%。其中有效問卷269份,有效問卷回收率為56.51%。本研究資料處理方法,係使用SPSS10.0版統計套裝軟體,以平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森(Pearsons)積差相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析,經研究發現、分析與討論後,獲致下列重要結論: 一、高中職學務主任高度傾向於嚴謹負責性的人格特質。 二、高中職學務主任具有高度組織承諾。 三、年長、資深、大型學校、城市地區的高中職學務主任其組織承諾程度顯著較高。 四、高中職學務主任有中高度的工作負荷壓力知覺。 五、中年、資淺、高職學校、鄉鎮地區的高中職學務主任其工作壓力知覺顯著較高。 六、高中職學務主任的人格特質與組織承諾呈現正相關。 七、高中職學務主任的人格特質與工作壓力呈現負相關。 八、高中職學務主任的組織承諾與工作壓力呈現負相關。
ABSTRACT The main purpose of this research is to explore the Relationships among Personality Traits, Organizational Commitment and Job Stress of the Director of Student’s Affairs at Senior High School & Senior Vocational School in Taiwan. The research target is on the Director of Student’s Affairs at Senior High School & Senior Vocational School,This study is devoted in the Relationships among Personality Traits, Organizational Commitment and Job Stress. Total questionnaires distributed are 476 sample copies and with 288 returns, the return rate reaches 60.50%. After verification, with total of 269 returns are valid , the valid return rate is 56.51% . The data analysis includes descriptive analysis,item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and independent sample t test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation analysis .The major conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The type of Personality Traits of Director of Student’s Affairs at Senior High School & Senior Vocational School is Conscientiousness. 2. The degree of Organizational Commitment of Director of Student’s Affairs at Senior High School & Senior Vocational School is high degree. 3. There are partially significant differences between Director’s Personal Background Variables (including age, seniority, school scale, school location , et al ) and the Variables of Organizational Commitment. 4. The Job Stress of Director of Student’s Affairs at Senior High School & Senior Vocational School is higher medium degree in working load pressure. 5. There are partially significant differences between Director’s Personal Background Variables (including age, seniority, school classification , school location et al ) and the Variables of Job Stress. 6. There are significant positive correlations between Director’s Personality Traits and Organizational Commitment. 7. There are significant negative correlations between Director’s Personality Traits and Job Stress. 8. There are significant negative correlations between Director’s Organizational Commitment and Job Stress.
