淺談體適能活動對女性經前症候群之影響

A Discussion on the Impacts of Physical Fitness Activities on Premenstrual Syndrome

摘要


台灣女人平均13歲初經來訪到50歲左右停經,一半以上都曾有過月經前後不同症狀,其中心理情緒與生理疼痛,是影響女性在日常生活最主要的兩個因素。這類的困擾,又以發生率最高的「經前症候群」為最大宗。目前已知的經前症狀超過200多種:包括生理、心理與行為改變,甚至和精神疾病有關。經前症候群(Premenstrual Syndrome, PMS)相關的治療及需求,也隨著女性意識的抬高,逐漸成為女性追求生活品質的焦點之一。本研究從女性與經期困擾因素的觀點,從體適能活動對健康的影響、體適能活動對女性經前症候群的相關研究、體適能活動對女性經前症候群的幫助等,逐一探討體適能活動對女性經前症候群之影響。

Women in Taiwan on average have their menstruation between the age of 13 and 50 years ago and half of them have experienced different pre and post menstrual syndromes. In particular, psychological emotion and physical pains are two major influential factors in daily life of women mainly resulting from ”premenstrual syndromes” (PMS). At present, there are more than 200 types of premenstrual syndromes including physical, psychological and behavioral changes and some even are associated with mental diseases. Along with the increasing female awareness, relevant treatment needs of PMS have become one of the focuses for the female to look for good life quality. This study, from the perspectives of female and menstrual disturbance factors, impact of physical fitness activities on health, relevant studies on PMS, and the benefits of physical fitness activities for PMS, gradually examines the impacts of physical fitness activities on PMS.
