Drinking tea in Chinese culture has lasted for a long time. When Lu Yu in Tang Dynasty wrote 《茶經》, drinking tea represents its epoch-making. In Song Dynasty, not only the officials but also the general public love drinking tea. Su Shi, as a representative of the Northern Song Dynasty writer, also loves drinking tea. We can find the chant for tea in Su Shi's works. According to my statistics of Su Shi's poems, there are twenty one about ＂茶＂ and ＂龍團＂. Tea plays an important role in Su Shi's life. Tea represents an art. The paper focuses on Su Shi's poetry, taking from the version of 孔凡禮. I discuss the humane meaning in Su Shi's tea poems, mainly from ＂Ode to spring tea and enjoying life＂, ＂Tea as a gift to friends and cherishing each other＂, ＂Reciting poems to express emotions＂, ＂Love tea and a skill of tea＂ and ＂Comprehending the truth and provide spiritual comfort＂
