摘要

運動教練的專業，除了受到個人的智慧觀的影響，以及運動類型、文化和情境的要求外，更會影響教練在與選手相處時的品質。透過教練和選手之間相處的品質，進而影響其執教的成效並直接產生對於運動員表現的影響。因此，在競技運動的大環境中，對於教練專業性的研究，就益顯重要。本文旨在透過以教練為研究對象，探討有關教練專業性的文獻內容，聚焦於運動教練專業性的內容與要素，同時能夠兼論不同項目的運動教練在其專業的塑造過程中，可能產生的相關內涵。除此之外，專業的運動教練和選手之間的關係是如何透過教練本身的專業性，產生對於其相處品質的影響，進而對於運動情境中的重要變項，例如運動表現或是團隊凝聚力等，產生可能的改變或促進。並期以文獻回顧的方式，達到對於運動教練專業性內涵進一步瞭解，和對於專業性的前因、後果相關研究的成果，提供研究同僚們對於此一研究主題的進一步關注。

The coach's wisdom and the type of sport he or she involved, in addition to the demand of cultural and sports environment will join together, as well as separately, have influence on coaches' sport professionality. The coach would affect their players through the quality of coach-athlete relationships. Furthermore, the performance of athletes would also be influenced by this sport professionality. The present article was aimed to review the literature which focused on different sports professionality. Not only the definition but also the content of sport professionality was discussed. In addition, the how and why sport professionality would take effect on coach-athlete relationships were further elaborated in details. The present article hopes to bring more research attentions and focus on such topic.
