研究背景:臺中市東區大智國小籃球隊創立於民國95年,於103年奪下全國少年籃球聯賽男子組冠軍。本研究旨在探討其如何透過多方資源之整合,順利創下臺中市國小籃球賽之佳績,並取得全國冠軍的奪冠策略。目的:本研究以大智國小籃球校隊之發展脈絡與奪冠歷史及實務運作狀況,解析大智國小籃球校隊之奪冠策略。研究方法:以質性研究為基礎架構,透過文獻內容分析法及個案研究法,分析包括我國籃球發展背景資料與大智國小校史資料,輔以深度訪談法,以半結構式訪談方法,訪談對象為大智國小籃球隊之重要利害關係人與決策者共11名,分析球隊實務運作之情形。結果與結論:大智國小籃球隊有著明確的經營思維,透過階段式的訓練目標,搭配教師與教練的明確分工;而內部方面由校長、行政人員及教師皆持正面態度支持,外部方面則透過地方仕紳與企業單位資金挹注,贊助籃球隊發展基金,使籃球隊永續發展;完整的支援體系並兼顧課業,教練團之間的明確分工,以及教練與班導師的相互配合,對於學生升學規畫也提供相對應之資源,提供最佳之升學輔導。其希望將本研究提供給有意發展籃球隊之學校做為參考依據。
The basketball team of Dajhih Elementary School in Taichung's east district has been established for 13 years. In 2014, the boys team won Taiwan's national championship. This research investigates how the school consolidated resources form multiple channels to achieve this feat. Based on a qualitative framework, this research analyzes existing literature with focuses on Taiwan's basketball development and historic records of Dajhih Elementary School. To complement this approach and to understand the routine operations of Dajhih Elementary School's basketball team, in-depth interviews have been performed with 11 key stakeholders and decision-makers of the basketball team. Results of the research are derived from analysis and discussion of qualitative data with main focus on the factors that helped the school build the championship team; these include Dajhih Elementary School's historic records, web of stakeholders, management of different entities, training strategy and planning, as well as academic assistance. Internally, Dajhih Elementary School has a clearly defined concept that sets goals for student players at different stages; teachers and coaches also fulfilled their roles in a program that is fully supported by the school principal, teachers, and administrative body. Externally, the school also garners financial support from local private donors and businesses through a basketball fund with the goal of sustainable basketball development. The wholistic approach to basketball training and academic wellbeing, with emphasis on cooperation between teachers and coaches, helped the school allocate their resources on the student players' training and academic development effectively.
