中國民族傳統體育文化延伸價值取向探討

中國為一個多民族國家，民族傳統體育作為中國傳統文化的關鍵組成，並為民族生存智慧及哲學理念的集中反映。民族傳統體育不僅具備體育屬性，同時還具備十分關鍵的文化屬性。本文針對中華民族傳統體育文化的保護發展問題展開研究，通過運用文獻法、歸納總結法分析我國民族傳統體育的現有特點，並深入探索指出文化保護延伸價值取向的主要現存問題，重競技輕大眾、重體育輕文化、重傳統輕現代，並從傳統屬性遺產化、體育屬性大眾化、文化屬性現代化等三方面，提出民族傳統體育的文化保護及發展價值取向建議，為類似研究提供可參考借鑒價值。

China is a multi-ethnic country. Chinese traditional sports, as the key component of Chinese traditional culture, are the concentrated reflection of Chinese national survival wisdom and philosophy. National traditional sports not only have sports attributes, but also have very important cultural attributes. This paper revealed the protection and development of Chinese traditional sports culture, analyzed the existing characteristics of Chinese traditional sports by using the methods of literature and induction, and further explored and pointed out the main existing problems of the value orientation of cultural protection extension, such as emphasizing competition over the masses, emphasizing sports over culture, valuing tradition over modernity, and inheriting traditional attributes and valuing sports attributes. From three aspects of mass culture and modernization of cultural attributes, this paper puts forward suggestions on cultural protection and development value orientation of traditional national sports, which may provide reference values for future studies.
