不同背景干擾對桌球正手攻球技能表現之影響

The Effect of Different Contextual Interference Practice on Table Tennis Forehand Basic Skill

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同背景干擾程度的練習方式對桌球基本技能正手攻球學習之影響(正手攻球、反手推球、正手發平擊球)。本研究採實驗研究法,研究對象是以私立中國文化大學體育選修桌球男女學生共80位,其皆從未接受桌球訓練經驗。以隨機分派方式分配為控制組、低背景干擾組、中背景干擾組和高背景干擾組。施以五週15次,每次30分鐘的實驗操作,並於實驗開始前、結束後與結束後7天實行前測、後測與保留測驗。研究所得之數據以多變項共變數分析來檢定,若達顯著差異便以杜凱法事後比較再次檢驗之。本研究得到以下兩點研究建議,一、不同背景干擾的練習方式對桌球基本技能正手攻球,在測驗成績有增進其表現的效果存在。二、不同背景干擾的練習方式對桌球基本技能正手攻球,在外顯動作有保留其表現的效果存在。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of different contextual interference practice on table tennis forehand (forehand, backhand, and forehand stroke) basic skill. An experimental study was used. Subjects of the research were 80 students of Private Chinese Culture University, who had never received tennis table training. All subjects are randomly divided into control group, low contextual interference group, medium contextual interference group, and high contextual interference group. The experiment was implemented in a 5-week session, in total 15 times, and with each time 30 minutes. Before, right after, and 7 days after the experiment would relatively implement pretest, post-test, and retention test. The statistics were analyzed using MONCOVA. If the difference is too significant, the test of Tukey's HSD would be applied.In this study, it could be concluded into two following suggestions: 1.The table tennis forehand basic skill between different contextual interference practices appeared advanced trend on the testing scores. 2.The table tennis forehand basic skill between different contextual interference practices retained the performance on the movements of outward appearance.
