目標難度及控制信念對桌球正手擊球表現的影響

摘要

本研究的主要目的為：1.比較內外控制信念者所設定目標難度的差異性。2.探討目標難度和內外控制信念對桌球正手擊球表現的影響。本研究所用的受試者為132位宜蘭大學的男性學生。所用的研究工具為自設目標問卷及控制信念量表。收集的資料分別以獨立樣本t考驗及獨立樣本二因子共變數分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現為：1.內在控制信念組和外在控制信念組在目標難度設定上沒有差異存在。2.目標難度和控制信念對受試者在桌球正手擊球表現上無交互作用影響。3.不同控制信念組在桌球正手擊球表現上之差異未達顯著水準。4.不同目標難度組別在桌球正手擊球表現上之差異達顯著水準。中等目標組的受試者之表現優於困難目標組的受試者。

The purposes of this study were: 1. to compare the difference of goal difficulty between different locus of control and 2. to explore the effect of goal difficulty and locus of control on the performance of table tennis forehand stroke. There were 132 male subjects drawn from National Ilan University. The subjects were administered Self-set Goal Questionnaire and Locus of Control Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent) and two-way ANCOVA. The results were as follows: l. There were no differences of self-set goal difficulty between internal control and external control. 2. There was no interaction effect of goal difficulty and locus of control on the performance of table tennis forehand stroke. 3. There was no difference of the performance of table tennis forehand stroke among different locus of control. 4. There was difference of the performance of table tennis forehand stroke among different goal difficulty. Moderate goal group had higher performance than that of difficult goal group.
