基層運動代表隊經營策略之研究－以某國小桌球隊為例

摘要

本研究目的是了解基層國小運動代表隊經營情形，以學校經營團隊相關成員為研究對象，本研究採用質性研究方法，以半結構訪談為工具，由研究者進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：一、球隊發展起源與目標包括學校多元發展及教育均衡學習。二、球隊的組織體系與任務需要有教練團隊、學校行政團隊、家長後援會。三、組織經營管理策略包含有良好場地設備、球隊訓練計畫、課業輔導、生活規範、升學規劃。四、球隊經費與資源有學校行政、企業建教合作、廠商贊助、成立後援會。

his research aims to understand the operation of athletic teams in national primary schools using an athletic team's management personnel as the research subject. This research adopts a qualitative research method and semi-structured interview as a tool, and the researcher conducts data analysis. The results show that: 1. The origins and goals of team development include diversified development of schools and balanced learning in education. 2. The team's organizational system and tasks require a coaching team, a school administrative team, and a parent support club. 3. Organizational management strategies include good venue equipment, team training plans, academic guidance, and moralities of life, and future academic path planning. 4. The team's funds and resources include school administration, cooperative education, corporate sponsorships, and the establishment of supporter clubs.
